...of kicking me own arse! Todays workout was a great! Got 50 mins of cardio in, which included 20 mins on the elipticle, 20 on the treadmill and 10 on the bike. Got my leg workout in, and abs. I did do a bit of arms, but I did arms yesterday and did not want to hurt myself.
Feeling good...I need to keep my motivation, need to keep going. Watched the Biggest Looser last night, and was really touched...if they can do it, why cant I...I will do this. I will, I will, I will! Yeah!!
As it stands right now, the Habs are kicking Pittsburgs ass! Just thought Id add that..! Ha
