Today was a good today

I had a me day today.  It was really nice.  I felt like the old me for the first time in 9 months.  My wonderful sister in law came over on her day off, THANK YOU DEL...to watch the girls as I galavanted out on a mini shopping extravaganza...with HER car.  How awesome is that.  Ok, so it might no have been an extravaganza, but it was pretty relaxed and rule free.

It started out with me doing a little shopping at AdditionElle.  Thanks to my girl Suzie Q for her assistance.  I scored 2 tops, a shirt dress, a pair of long grey leggins, and 2 bras.  Not bad for $115.  Thank god for a staff discount that's for sure.  It felt pretty good trying on clothes again.  Even though I'm not anywhere near the size I'd like to be, being able to try on and buy a few new peices felt liberating.  That might sound cheezy to you, but to me, it was special.  After having the girls, I haven't had alot of me time and I have been wearing the same clothes over and over.  So it felt great and I'm going to soak it all up.  

I wanna be one of those stylish Mommas.  So I guess I have to start somewhere.  I might be Style or Elle Magazine worthy, but if I feel somewhat stylish when looking in the mirror that's enough for me.

It's a short post tonight, I'm pretty tired, gonna call it a day and I hope to write more tomorrow.  I have a few things on my mind that I would like to type out.  It all comes back to trying to be an exciting blogger.  So here's hoping what I have to say captivates your attention.
